PHILOSOPHY

Whether you’re just getting started, trying to outdrive your friends, or striving to make a cut, you need to understand that your body plays an important role in how efficient you’re able to swing a golf club.

There is no single ‘right’ way to swing a club, as can be seen with the various swing styles on the (L)PGA tour. Each golfer has a unique swing determined by how each joint functions throughout the body.   

It’s my main objective to help you move better, which will not only reduce the risk of injury but allow you to build strength and power. These three areas are the prerequisites for increasing clubhead speed and distance.  

The golf body needs to have an adequate level of  joint mobility, joint stability, core strength, total body strength and the ability to generate power in order to play at a high level.
