I begin by taking every athlete through a thorough detailed movement assessment with the purpose of identifying existing weak links, asymmetries and dysfunctions. The information gathered determines which exercises, drills and protocols are appropriate starting points for the athlete.
The game of golf demands its player’s posses a unique set of physical abilities to play at a high level and injury free. Such abilities include; joint mobility, stability, strength and power– each of which build upon the other to form a well-rounded program.
