Whether you’re just getting started, trying to outdrive your friends, or striving to make the cut, my goal is to prepare you to play your best golf.

My two main objectives are to keep you injury free while improving overall performance, including faster swing speeds and increased distance. I’ll be focusing on how well you move your body within a space by taking you through golf specific assessments that help to identify dysfunctions that not only hinder your swing but also increase the potential for injury.

Once I have identified which exercises are best suited to you I’ll get down to work increasing strength and power output, improving mobility and stability, creating balance giving you the tools to become better-conditioned for a strong finish on the back nine.
