For those who want to leave the programming in the hands of a professional. Every exercise, set & rep scheme, rest duration, tempo, progression & regression, recovery technique, periodization and more is taken care of; you just have to commit to doing your best in and out of the gym.

All the goods of Private Training but at a fraction of the cost. If you don’t mind getting strong and sweaty next to like minded people, this is by far the most cost effective scenerio. Plus, the group aspect offers an additional form of support.

THE WORKS

Thanks to technology, distance is no longer a factor when selecting a coach to hire. With video sharing platforms, video conferencing and apps built specifically for coaches, it has never been easier to help people from all over the world gain strength, build muscle, improve performance and lose fat.

 As a client of mine, the first step is to fill out in depth health history and lifestyle questionnaires along with completing a movement assessment. Once I have gathered your information, I create customized nutrition, strength & conditioning, recovery and mindset programs to pave the way in reaching your goals.

It takes time to create lasting change. These programs require an initial three month commitment.

NUTRITION ONLY

Nutrition is often the greatest limiting factor holding people back from achieving results.

Whether your goal is to reduce body fat, gain muscle, increase energy, balance hormones or improve sport performance I will teach you the tools and tactics for sustainable success. In doing so, I take an holistic approach to nutrition which includes creating a proper caloric balance, a focus on nutrient dense foods  and setting health, body composition & performance goals. I want results but won’t sacrifice behaviours for outcomes.

Each custom nutrition program is created after gathering information from health history and lifestyle assessment forms. I use the information to determine the best approach by connecting the dots between genetic, physical, physiological, mental and behavioural factors.

In this program, I teach you how to lose body fat while simultaneously gaining strength and building muscle.

Before becoming a nutritionist I had followed extreme diets and spent countless hours in the gym thinking that more is better. I wish I could tell you that eight minutes two times per week was all you need but that would be a lie. To achieve the body and health you desire it takes effort and commitment but it doesn’t have to consume your life.
