With video sharing platforms, video conferencing and apps built specifically for coaches, it has never been easier to help people from all over the world gain strength, build muscle, improve performance and lose fat.

 As a client of mine, the first step is to fill out in depth health history and lifestyle questionnaires along with completing a movement assessment. Once I have gathered your information, I create customized nutrition, strength & conditioning, recovery and mindset programs to pave the way in reaching your goals.

It takes time to create lasting change. These programs require an initial three month commitment.

If you are fed up with constantly feeling deprived without the results to show for it then the Nutrition Only online program can relieve that frustration. Rest assured, you will decrease body fat through an efficient yet safe approach while avoiding the extreme diets that run ramped in dieting lore.       

Whether your goal is to reduce body fat, increase energy, rebalance hormones, assist in building muscle or improve sport performance I will teach you the tools and tactics for sustainable success.  

Each custom nutrition program is created after gathering information from a in depth health history and lifestyle assessment form. I then use the information to connect the dots while considering genetic, environmental, cultural, lifestyle and behavioural factors that may affect the rate at which success is achieved. Though important, my holistic approach is much more than just calculating macronutrients and calories.

In this program, I teach you how to lose body fat while simultaneously gaining strength and building muscle.

Before becoming a nutritionist I had followed extreme diets and spent countless hours in the gym thinking that more is better. I wish I could tell you that eight minutes two times per week was all you need but that would be a lie. To achieve the body and health you desire it takes effort and commitment but it doesn’t have to consume your life.
