Who are these programs for?

Strength Training Pyramid of Needs

These programs are for anyone looking to increase the health and control of their joints. Each joint within the body requires a certain  level of mobility and stability.

Joint mobility and stability are the foundation to every quality training program. Whether you’re a professional athlete or an everyday Joe, mobility and stability are the prerequisites to strength, power and speed.

If you are currently dealing with an injury, such as a torn muscle or ligament these programs are NOT for you. These programs are a form of strength training and NOT a substitution for physical therapy.

Equipment needed to get started:

  • Two yoga blocks
  • Yoga matt or forgiving surface
  • Golf club or dowel
  • Yoga strap or old towel
  • Two tennis balls

Compliments any strength training program.

These mobility programs can be performed on their own as well as incorporated into any strength training program you may be following.
