GINGER PEAR ENERGY BARS (Raw Vegan)

These bars are a great addition to a plate of fruit and nuts. I usually make a large batch and freeze them for convenience.
1 small Pear cored
¾ cup fresh of soaked dried dates
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup ground flax seed
¼ cup hemp flour (or Hemp Seed)
¼ cup walnuts
2 tbsp fresh ground ginger
Sea Salt to taste
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Makes 12 bars (2 shown)
In a food processor, process all ingredients together except the sesame seeds. Cover mixture in sesame seeds before shaping into balls or bars.
