Sprouted Curry Lentil & Avocado Salad (Raw Vegan)
1 Cup Sprouted Lentils
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Braggs Liquid Amino’s
1 tsp Nutritional Yeast & Sesame Seed mixture (blended)
Start by soaking the lentils over night in purified water. In the morning rinse and store in a mason jar upside down with cheese cloth secured around the mouth allowing the excess water to drain into a larger bowl. Place jar in fridge. Each morning for three days, rinse the lentils and store in fridge. Once the tail starts to grow and are the length of the actual lentil pod they are ready to eat. (Lentils in photograph are about a day early)
In a bowl mix the one cup of sprouted lentils and all the ingredients. Voila! A high protein raw vegan meal!
