Yoga practice & meditation upon waking up.  Today, during my yoga practice I was introduced to Cow Pose.  If a cow can get into that position then I NEED a lot of work, OH MY!

Breakfast/Pre workout– Fruit Smoothie (banana, mango, dates, maca, raw manuka honey, hemp seed, bee pollen, carob chips & almond milk)

Post Workout– Shake (1 scoop Vega Protein, medjool dates, goji berries, bee pollen)

Lunch– Soaked Buckwheat with hemp seed, bee pollen and banana as well as a banana, spinach and spirulina smoothie!

Snack– Green Juice (Kale, cucumber, ginger, lemon, apples), whole food bar and Cashews

Dinner– Medium Spinach Salad with veggies,soaked almonds, avocado, sprouts, apples and fresh orange juice & seed dressing and two corn on the cob.

Pre Bed– Shake (1 scoop Vega protein, ground flax seed, aloe vera juice)

My legs are killing me from yesterday’s lower body workout,  Wowza’s!  I will have to do more hydrotherapy in the shower on them as well as take the foam roll to them and stretch.  I do have a massage later today but I have yet to let anyone massage my legs.  They are always so sensitive and cause me a ton of pain.  However, I know I need to get them done soon so it is only a matter of time, but in the mean time my shoulders still need some work.

Tomorrow is Friday.  This weekend is the Canfit Pro conference held here in Toronto.  I will probably go for a walk and check out the expo and say hello to many of my colleagues and see what’s cooking.
