After I awoke this morning I felt that my hamstrings were quite tight. I grabbed my trusty foam roller and went to work on my “hammies” and then followed that up with yoga practice and meditation.
Today is also Tara and my 4 year Anniversary. Love you hun!

Tiger Pushups x10

Ave time per round was 4:26sec
TRX Biceps Curls 10, 8, 7
Breakfast/Pre workout– LARGE bowl of banana, apple, mango, blueberries, goji berries, dates, soaked almonds and pecans.
- Post workout– This is my usual post workout shake.

1 tbsp Goji berries
1 tbsp Bee pollen
