Aug 6th 2010, Metabolic Conditioning Workout C

After I awoke this morning I felt that my hamstrings were quite tight.  I grabbed my trusty foam roller and went to work on my “hammies” and then followed that up with yoga practice and meditation.
Today is also Tara and my 4 year Anniversary.  Love you hun!

2KB Swing x10
Skater Jumps x10 (L+R=1)
Tiger Pushups x10
Windmill x10ea

4 rounds with 3 min rest between round in 29:06sec
Ave time per round was 4:26sec

TRX Biceps Curls 10, 8, 7

Nutrition
Breakfast/Pre workout– LARGE bowl of banana, apple, mango, blueberries, goji berries, dates, soaked almonds and pecans.

Post workout– This is my usual post workout shake.

2 fresh Medjool dates
1 tbsp Goji berries
1 tbsp Bee pollen

Lunch–  1/4 cup soaked buckwheat with banana and walnuts

Snack– Apple and almond butter

Dinner– Green Smoothie

Snack– Handful of walnuts with blueberries & goji berries
