  • joint mobility,
  • joint stability,
  • core strength,
  • total body strength and
  • the ability to generate speed & power   

I gauge the success of my coaching programs and products by how well I help you avoid injury and improve performance.

There is no single ‘right’ way to swing a golf club, as can be seen with the various styles on the (L)PGA tour. Each golfer however, has a unique swing determined by how well each of their joints function throughout the body.  

The most important club you could ever own, is YOUR BODY. With this in mind, I’ve created programs in which you can work with me privately, semi-private, online or with one of my semi-custom products.
