Golf instruction can be complicated, but it doesn't need to be, nor should it be.

The best instructors from around the world, no matter their craft, have a unique ability to share their wisdom in a clear and simple manner.

You'll leave the program with an in depth understanding of the fundamentals necessary for a balanced and consistent golf swing.

Golfers are athletes, and it's become more and more apparent over the last two decades as the number of golfers who workout has increased exponentially.

To play this great game you'll need adequate stability, mobility, strength, balance and power.  You'll learn about the body-swing connection and how the quality of your movement has a direct effect with how you swing a golf club.

Meet your coaches

Norm Moote has been building golf swings for over over 37 years. He's a member of the PGA and a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified golf specialist. From 1981 to 1988, Norm worked alongside fellow Canadian and one of the PGA’s all time best ball strikers, George Knudson. George discovered the actual truths behind what the golf swing is all about and Norm’s been carrying on those philosophies through his own teaching ever since.

Nathane helps golfers with their most important club - the body! He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and nutritionist (RHN) as well as a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified golf fitness coach.  Nate is a veteran health and wellness professional, with nearly two decades of experience. His specialized fitness, nutrition and recovery programs help golfers avoid injury, boost confidence and improve overall performance.

Program Curriculum

Week #1 - Golf Body

Nate will cover the components of a proper warmup prior to playing and practicing golf. If there was one thing that all golfers can do to dramatically improve how they play during a round and how they recover after a round , it would be performing a proper warmup.

Nate will also take the group through an introductory strength training session geared towards improving mobility, stability and balance.

Week #2 - Full Swing

Following a thorough warmup, you'll  be on the practice range with Norm to learn the basics of the full swing. He'll teach you the fundamentals and cover some of the most common misconceptions.

You’ll be given a video swing analysis and a manual for reference.

Week #3 - Short game & putting

Once again, you'll be taken through a proper pre practice warmup.

You'll then head back on the practice range with Norm to learn the ABC's of a successful short game. You'll learn the basics regarding putting, pitching, chipping and getting out of the bunker successfully.

Week #4 - Nine & Dine

It's time to put your game face on.

Following a pre round warmup you'll be on the course to play nine-holes (cart included) followed by dinner at the pub and closing remarks.
