The next time you show up to the golf course or driving range, observe how many people go through any kind of movement prep warmup. Most arrive and either immediately pull Driver or swing two wedges to get loose.
A proper body prep warmup should check off the following:
- Increases body temperature
- Mobilizes joints
- Activates muscles
- Stimulates the nervous system
